fully functional kitchen

some friends of ours stopped by last night to help us install our kitchen counter and sink. thanks to their help, we have running water and a fully functional sink just in time for thanksgiving.

here is a summary of our work so far:

remaining projects: paint; install backsplash, cabinet trim/molding, window trim, and electrical wall plates.

Garden!

we stripped a 20′x20′ area in our backyard of grass to make way for a veggie garden. hopefully in a month or two we’ll have some tastiness to show for our effort.
