   our goal is to finish by the end of june… one week for electrical, four days for plumbing (gas + water), one day to repair the floor, one week to shrink the window, one day to paint, one week to install the cabinets, one week to install the countertops and the sink, two days to install appliances (7+4+1+7+1+1+7+7+2=37 days=end by june 30).

   but, we’ll see… i hear these things never go as planned…
