we just got back from visiting our new puppy for the second time. we’ve decided to get him and have arranged to pick him up on june 12. all we need to do now is settle on a name - ike, tavi or something else?

this might be our new puppy - we’re trying to find a friend for terra. we put a small deposit down on this dog yesterday and are visiting two more breeders today. if we don’t find a better puppy today, this one will be our new dog. hurray!

this is the style of fence we’re going to put up. it’s nicknamed a “friendly neighbor” fence, but is more widely know as a shadowbox fence, with a lattice topper.

these are the pictures we took while house shopping. our incompetent realtor is the woman in these pics. seriously. not happy with her services. to be perfectly honest, i feel like a sucker for paying her commission. sure she drove us around to look at houses, but so can taxi drivers. she made the process much more stressful and difficult than it had any right to be.
